Kodak

A kodak Moment! Also have a look at other Kodak ads posted in adMad.

adMad Trivia
Kodak got its name from George Eastman who registered the trademark Kodak on September 4, 1888. The letter "K" had been a favorite of Eastman's, he is quoted in saying, "it seems a strong, incisive sort of letter". Thomas Edison used film stock manufactured by Eastman Kodak during his development of the movie camera. In 1932, Eastman died by his own hand leaving a suicide note that read, "My work is done. Why wait?". Oscar awards are held in Kodak theater.

There was only one correct answer today and the winner is Thanu. Congrats lady! :-)

adMad Trivia #37
They make cars but the MRP of one car is just $.99, with the price varying by each retailer by only a few cents. It was introduced as the primary competitor of Matchbox cars until 1996, they were designed to run on orange track, which could be placed to make interesting jumps and loops. In 1999 they even signed a licensing deal with five Formula 1 teams. Name the brand.

Post your answer as a comment. Have a nice day!
