adMad Trivia
adMad trivia is back and as we promised; with a few changes..

There are many of you who attempted questions and got them right everyday but because of our selection process of just one winner a day; have never got their names here. Here is our new series for those adMad Trivia loyalists who are not lucky enough. :-) Here is how it goes..

We will continue to announce the daily winners like we had earlier but we are also introducing a fortnight long daily trivia series called "adMad Trivia Fortnight" where points for your daily right answers will be accumulated on a fortnightly basis. This will be run as a 2 weeks cycle of questions starting today and the person with maximum right answers for the fortnight will be declared the "adMad Fortnight" winner. We will publish the names of the top 10 and announce the points tally on this site..

Here is the first question in this series of "adMad Trivia Fortnight" to kick off this series. Please do check this space everyday and answer the questions as a comment in the "Trivia Answer" section.

FN:1, T:1
In 1806, William ______ opened up a starch, soap, and candle factory on Dutch Street in New York City . In 1857, he died and the company was reorganized under the management of his son. The name of the company is the same as the surname of the founders. The 1872, they introduced Cashmere Bouquet, a perfumed soap. In Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the B.J. Johnson Company was making a soap entirely of palm and olive oil. The soap was popular enough to rename their company after it. In 1928 both companies merged and the combined name is what the current $1.5 Billion MNC is known as now. Just name the company.

Post your answer as a comment through the "Enter Trivia Answer" link. Have a great day guys..
